They mainly located on 12 primary meridians (just like highway on the body). 6 of them going through our legs and feet, such as Kidney, Liver, Spleen, Stomach, Bladder, Gallbladder meridians. Either their starting point or ending point are located on the foot.


Pain, stiffness, numbness, unpleasant sensation could be considered having imbalance (traffic jam) inside the body.  Thus, traditional Chinese massage focus on smoothing the Qi flow through acupressure points on the meridian to treat your imbalance.You can find every part of the body on the foot. Thus feet reflexology is very popular in China. 


The traditional Chinese feet reflexology is usually offered with herbal feet soak for 10-15 minutes while massage therapist massage your neck, shoulder, arms and hands. The herb can detox the body and stimulate more blood flow. When your feet are warm and soft, then massage your feet. During the treatment, you might experience pain, the good pain. But afterwards, you will feel like walking on the cloud.
